Refund Policy Tufting Workshop Stations
ALL SALES FINAL- If, for some reason, you can’t make your original scheduled time and would like to reschedule for another date, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a 72-hour notice of the original time.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings when participants are 15 minutes or more late. We do this as it may delay the time needed for others. Reschedule your booking with “email@example.com.” (Please Note: We do not reschedule appointments to Saturday or Sunday.)

All other Items/Materials
We can only issue refunds for items that are unused and in their original condition within 15 days of the initial purchase. We are happy to exchange any unused item within 15 days of initial purchase if the products are damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund of Tufting machines returned within 15 days if it is found to be tampered with or adjusted in any way.
